Part-Time Temporary Lockbox Clerk
Open mail for each Management Company. Sort each batch of Management Company payments into batches (check only, check & coupon, multiple checks or multiple coupons) for processing. Scan each batch items through the TMR iRemit system obtaining a batch number. Mail any stop payments, unable to process mail to Management Company. Scan any correspondence each day. Verify all envelopes daily to ensure no payments are left inside.
Box up empty envelopes and processed checks monthly. Store the boxes in the vault room marking the date on the box to shred which is three (3) months from processed date. Shred envelopes and checks based on the date on the box.
